alternate judge

i was asked to be an alternate judge for the democratic party so... i accepted. Today was a BIG day... woke up at 4 a.m. to go in at 6:15 this morning... went setup and got the morning rush through. I hadn't realized how many people vote so early in the morning. I went to vote and ran into a line that was like an hour and a half long! I didn't appreciate that. Such is my consequence for not voting early. I met some totally awesome people though and well it was a nice experience. I don't know that I'll do it again but for now I can have the satisfaction that I was a part of history in the making all day today. So i got home and we were gonna go celebrate with my brother, sis in law, and cousins when we got the news. My aunt died...
